The new 2010 New York City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR) Technical Manual is now available online, and Eng-Wong, Taub & Associates has been named as one of only two consultant contributors. Eng-Wong, Taub authored the original "Traffic and Parking" and "Transit and Pedestrian" chapters in the early 1990s, and both chapters have stood the test of time in guiding transportation impact studies citywide for nearly two decades.
