Marty Taub and Matt Carmody attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony this morning to celebrate the grand opening of the one million-square-foot, $500 million Gateway Center at Bronx Terminal Market, located just south of Yankee Stadium in the Bronx. Developed by Related Companies and its retail partners, the Gateway Center is 90 percent leased, 80 percent open, and LEED Silver certified. Eng-Wong, Taub served as traffic and parking consultant to Related Companies for certification of the project environmental impact statement.
