Eng-Wong, Taub & Associates, under contract to PB Americas, has developed a statewide Traffic Incident Management program, including a training module and support materials, on behalf of the New York State Department of Transportation and New York State Traffic Incident Management Steering Committee. As part of this program, Eng-Wong, Taub staff conducted training courses and a table top exercise using a sample traffic incident scenario.
